개인정보 처리방침

메이플 타워 디펜스 사전 예약 (mapletowerdefense.com)

플라네타리움랩스코리아(이하 "회사")가 사전 예약 페이지에서 수집하는 개인정보에 적용됩니다. 게임 서비스 자체의 처리방침과는 별개입니다.

1. 수집 항목 · 이용 목적 · 보유 기간

이름·전화번호·생년월일·주소는 수집하지 않습니다. 선택 항목에 동의하지 않으셔도 사전 예약 접수와 쿠폰 코드 발송에는 아무런 제한이 없습니다.

위 표는 이용자가 직접 입력하고 동의하는 항목입니다. 방문 통계를 위해 자동으로 수집되는 정보는 제4항에 따로 적었습니다.

2. 제3자 제공

수집한 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

접수·저장·메일 발송에 국외 사업자의 서비스를 이용하므로 접수한 정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. 이전 시기는 이용자가 사전 예약을 신청하는 시점, 방법은 정보통신망을 통한 전송입니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 사전 예약을 신청하지 않으시면 되고, 이미 신청하셨다면 제6항의 방법으로 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 다만 이전을 거부하시면 사전 예약 접수와 쿠폰 발송이 불가능합니다.

4. 쿠키 등 자동 수집 장치

방문자 수와 페이지 이용 흐름을 파악하기 위해 Google Analytics 4를 사용합니다. 같은 방문자를 다시 알아보기 위한 쿠키(_ga 등)가 브라우저에 저장되며, 아래 정보가 자동으로 수집됩니다.

• 방문한 페이지, 머문 시간, 누른 버튼, 사전 예약 완료 여부
• 화면에서 본 구간(스크롤 위치)과 사전 예약 절차 중 어느 단계까지 진행했는지
• 유입 경로(검색·광고·링크 등)와 캠페인 정보
• 기기·브라우저·운영체제 종류, 화면 크기, 언어 설정
• IP 주소로 추정한 국가·지역
  Google은 IP 주소 자체를 기록·저장하지 않는다고 밝히고 있습니다.

이메일 주소는 Google로 전송하지 않습니다. 사전 예약 완료 여부도 참·거짓 값으로만 보냅니다. 수집한 정보는 통계 분석에만 쓰며 맞춤형 광고에 사용하지 않습니다 — 광고 개인화 신호 전송과 광고 식별자 연동(Google 신호 데이터)을 꺼 두었습니다.

쿠키를 원하지 않으시면 브라우저 설정에서 차단하시거나 Google이 제공하는 차단 부가기능을 설치하시면 됩니다. 차단하셔도 사전 예약 신청과 쿠폰 코드 발송에는 아무런 지장이 없습니다.

5. 파기

보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 명단을 내려받은 파일이나 출력물이 있으면 함께 파기합니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람 · 정정 · 삭제 · 처리정지와 마케팅 수신 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다.

• 수신거부는 발송된 메일 하단의 수신거부 링크를 누르면 즉시 처리됩니다. 별도 확인 절차가 없습니다.
• 그 밖의 요구는 contact@mapletowerdefense.com으로 보내주시면 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리하고 결과를 알려드립니다. 열람 청구도 같은 주소에서 접수합니다.

런칭 쿠폰 코드도 메일로 발송됩니다. 수신거부 상태에서는 쿠폰 코드를 받으실 수 없으며, 수신거부 안내 화면에서 되돌리실 수 있습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

• 개인정보에 접근할 수 있는 담당자를 최소한으로 두고, 저장소 접근 토큰을 분리해 관리합니다.
• 이용자와 서버 사이의 모든 통신을 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
• 수신거부 링크에 이용자별 서명을 붙여, 주소만 바꿔 타인의 수신 상태를 바꾸거나 특정 주소의 접수 여부를 확인할 수 없도록 했습니다.

Privacy Policy

Maple Tower Defense Pre-registration (mapletowerdefense.com)

This policy applies to the personal data collected on the pre-registration page by Planetarium Labs Korea (플라네타리움랩스코리아, "the Company"). It is separate from the privacy policy of the game service itself.

1. Data collected · Purpose of use · Retention period

We do not collect names, phone numbers, dates of birth, or addresses. If you decline the optional item, there is no restriction whatsoever on your pre-registration or on delivery of your coupon code.

The table above covers what you enter and consent to yourself. Information collected automatically for visit statistics is set out separately in Section 4.

2. Provision to third parties

We do not provide the personal data we collect to any third party.

3. Entrusted processing and transfer abroad

We use services from providers outside Korea for intake, storage, and email delivery, so the data we receive is transferred abroad. The transfer takes place at the moment you submit a pre-registration, by transmission over an information and communications network.

If you do not want your data transferred abroad, simply do not submit a pre-registration; if you have already submitted one, you may request deletion by the method in Section 6. Note that if you refuse the transfer, pre-registration and coupon delivery are not possible.

4. Cookies and other automatic collection

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visitor numbers and how pages are used. Cookies (_ga and others) are stored in your browser to recognize returning visitors, and the following information is collected automatically.

• Pages visited, time spent, buttons clicked, whether pre-registration was completed
• Which parts of the page were viewed (scroll position) and how far you got in the pre-registration steps
• Referral path (search, ads, links, and so on) and campaign information
• Device, browser, and operating system type, screen size, language setting
• Country and region estimated from the IP address
  Google states that it does not record or store IP addresses themselves.

Email addresses are not sent to Google. Whether a pre-registration was completed is sent only as a true/false value. The information collected is used solely for statistical analysis and is not used for personalized advertising — we have turned off ad personalization signals and advertising identifier linkage (Google signals data).

If you do not want cookies, you can block them in your browser settings or install the opt-out add-on provided by Google. Blocking them has no effect whatsoever on your pre-registration or on delivery of your coupon code.

5. Destruction

We destroy data without delay once the retention period has passed or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted by a method that makes recovery impossible, and any downloaded lists or printouts are destroyed along with them.

6. Rights of data subjects and how to exercise them

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal data, and withdraw your consent to marketing messages.

• Unsubscribing takes effect immediately when you click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. There is no separate confirmation step.
• For any other request, write to contact@mapletowerdefense.com. We will verify your identity, act without delay, and inform you of the result. Requests for access are accepted at the same address.

Launch coupon codes are also delivered by email. While you are unsubscribed you cannot receive a coupon code; you can undo this from the unsubscribe confirmation screen.

7. Security measures

• We keep the number of people who can access personal data to a minimum, and manage storage access tokens separately.
• All communication between users and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Unsubscribe links carry a per-user signature, so no one can change another person's subscription status, or check whether a given address has registered, by swapping the address in the link.

メイプルタワーディフェンス 事前予約 (mapletowerdefense.com)

プラネタリウムラボコリア(플라네타리움랩스코리아、以下「当社」)が事前予約ページで収集する個人情報に適用されます。ゲームサービス自体のプライバシーポリシーとは別のものです。

1. 収集項目・利用目的・保有期間

氏名・電話番号・生年月日・住所は収集しません。選択項目に同意されなくても、事前予約の受付とクーポンコードの送付に一切の制限はありません。

上記の表は利用者ご自身が入力し同意する項目です。訪問統計のために自動的に収集される情報は第4項に別途記載しています。

2. 第三者提供

収集した個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

3. 処理の委託および国外移転

受付・保存・メール送信に国外事業者のサービスを利用するため、受け付けた情報が国外へ移転されます。移転の時期は利用者が事前予約を申し込む時点、方法は情報通信網を通じた送信です。

国外移転を望まれない場合は事前予約を申し込まないでいただければよく、すでに申し込まれた場合は第6項の方法で削除を請求できます。ただし移転を拒否されると事前予約の受付とクーポンの送付ができません。

4. クッキー等の自動収集装置

訪問者数とページの利用の流れを把握するためGoogle Analytics 4を使用します。同じ訪問者を再び識別するためのクッキー(_ga等)がブラウザに保存され、以下の情報が自動的に収集されます。

• 訪問したページ、滞在時間、押したボタン、事前予約完了の有無
• 画面で見た区間(スクロール位置)と事前予約の手順のどこまで進んだか
• 流入経路(検索・広告・リンク等)とキャンペーン情報
• 端末・ブラウザ・OSの種類、画面サイズ、言語設定
• IPアドレスから推定した国・地域
  GoogleはIPアドレス自体を記録・保存しないと表明しています。

メールアドレスをGoogleに送信することはありません。事前予約完了の有無も真偽値としてのみ送信します。収集した情報は統計分析にのみ用い、パーソナライズ広告には使用しません — 広告のパーソナライズ信号の送信と広告識別子の連携(Googleシグナルデータ)をオフにしています。

クッキーを望まれない場合は、ブラウザの設定でブロックするか、Googleが提供するオプトアウトアドオンをインストールしてください。ブロックされても事前予約の申し込みとクーポンコードの送付に支障はありません。

5. 破棄

保有期間が経過し、または処理目的が達成された場合は遅滞なく破棄します。電子ファイルは復元できない方法で削除し、名簿をダウンロードしたファイルや印刷物がある場合は併せて破棄します。

6. 情報主体の権利と行使方法

利用者はいつでも個人情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止とマーケティング受信同意の撤回を請求できます。

• 受信拒否は送信されたメール下部の配信停止リンクを押すと直ちに処理されます。別途の確認手続きはありません。
• その他のご請求は contact@mapletowerdefense.com 宛にお送りいただければ、本人確認のうえ遅滞なく処理し結果をお知らせします。閲覧請求も同じアドレスで受け付けます。

ローンチのクーポンコードもメールで送付されます。配信停止の状態ではクーポンコードを受け取れません。配信停止の案内画面から元に戻すことができます。

7. 安全性確保措置

• 個人情報にアクセスできる担当者を最小限にとどめ、ストレージのアクセストークンを分離して管理します。
• 利用者とサーバー間のすべての通信をHTTPSで暗号化します。
• 配信停止リンクに利用者ごとの署名を付し、アドレスだけを差し替えて他人の受信状態を変更したり、特定のアドレスの受付の有無を確認したりできないようにしています。
